– If you Cancel before dispatch

• Refund : Amount will be refunded after deduction of 10% (Two Way Payment Gateway Charge) in your same account which you have used.

– if we are not able to fulfill your order – Full amount will be refunded in your account

• • The refund process usually takes from 3 days to 7 days to reflects amount in your account.
  • Please note that netmedpro.com has no control over the bank process and does not bear any responsibility for the same.
  • If transaction fails and the amount is debited from your account, the amount will automatically be refunded to you as per the payment gateway and bank policies. Normal time : 24-48 Hours

• We do not replace or exchange the Short notes books.
• Only Defective books can be replaced within 10 days of the Delivery.
